Are rodents included on Basic Shield?
No. Basic Shield is interior and exterior insects only. Mice and rats start on Advance Shield ($75) and Premium Shield ($125). If you have mice in a garage or crawl space, do not buy Basic and hope.
Is an attic inspection included?
Yes. Attic inspect once a year on request is on Basic, Advance, and Premium. Sealing the attic or entries (spray foam and wire) is 20% off on Advance and included on Premium.
How fast will you get here?
Basic and Advance Shield have a 48-hour arrival guarantee. Premium Shield is 24-hour. We do not publish office hours. Call or text 931-500-6969 and we will tell you when we can run the stop.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes. Tell us what animals are on site and where they will be when you book. We will tell you what we are using and where you should park them during the visit.
Do I have to be home?
For interior work, yes — or someone with access. Exterior-only visits can often run if we can reach the property. Put that in the text when you book.
Are bed bugs and termites in every Shield plan?
No. Bed bug treatment is an add-on, not inside a standard Shield. Termite inspection is $189 on Basic and included on Advance and Premium; termite treatment is its own service. See pricing and termite control.
Do I come to the office, or do you come to me?
Pest service is at your property — we come to you. Call or text 931-500-6969. Columbia office welcomes customers for C7/WDO/TN Charter training materials, bill pay, and office help; classes run two weekends a month. Santa Fe is the home office and license address.
