Bugs are the job. Air is the extra some houses want when we are already in the attic and the air handler.

HVAC UV light
Install at the air handler. 1-year bulb warranty. Advance Shield takes 20% off sanitizing work per unit; ask us to quote the UV with the same visit if you want it.
This is a pest-company add-on, not a pitch for a different trade.
Air Knight purification
Comes with a 3-year warranty. Sold by Death Row as an add-on to your pest service.
Air handler / duct sanitizing
- Advance Shield: 20% off duct sanitizing per unit
- Premium Shield: 1 unit included; additional units $129
Details and the rest of the membership sit on the Shield plans page.
How this sits next to Shield plans
| Plan | IAQ related |
|---|---|
| Basic $50 | Not included. Quote as add-on. |
| Advance $75 | 20% off attic/entry sealing (foam & wire); 20% off duct sanitizing per unit |
| Premium $125 | Sealing included; 1 duct unit included; extras $129; 1 yearly AC maintenance on request (plan bullet on pricing — do not expand it here) |
If you are on Premium and you want that yearly AC maintenance, say so when you book.
Who this is for
Spring Hill, Columbia, Santa Fe, and Franklin service-area homes where you can smell the ducts, you have the allergy house, or you just want the handler cleaned while we are already treating.
Not a substitute for a Shield. Not a substitute for rodent exclusion. If mice are in the air return, that is a rodent job first.
