What are Cluster Flies?
Bigger and slower than a house fly. Gray with golden hairs on the thorax. They pack attic windows on a warm winter day.
Are they dangerous?
Nuisance. They do not breed in kitchen trash. They overwinter in wall and attic voids.
What causes them?
They move in during fall and hide in attics and wall voids, then wake up on sunny winter days.
