Flea and Tick Control — Premium Lawn, Limited Interior
Premium Shield is the plan that includes lawn fleas and ticks: up to 1 acre, up to 3 times a year. It is not on Basic or Advance.
Interior fleas in the live terms are interior only on the standard list — and fleas can trigger a curative upcharge if they are present at the first inspection. Indoor ticks are listed as covered, with the same kind of start-of-account caveat.
Pets are why most people call. We have real dog photos because they are the family’s dogs, not stock. We still are not a vet clinic. Animal treatment is on you; yard and interior insect work is on us.

Mosquitoes are a different line: In2Care on Advance and Premium. See mosquito control. Fire ants on the lawn are a Premium include, not a Basic spray.
If the yard is larger than an acre, say so when you call 931-500-6969. We will quote the extra, not stretch “up to 1 acre.”

Yard vs inside the house
Premium Shield ($125/month) includes lawn flea and tick treatment up to 1 acre, up to 3×/year. An active flea infestation inside the house is not covered by Shield. That is a standalone fog + dust job.
- Two visits minimum. Eggs hatch after visit one. Visit two hits the hatch-out, usually 7–10 days later.
- ULV fog through carpets, baseboards, furniture undersides, and pet rest areas.
- CimeXa silica dust in cracks and carpet edges so what walks through after the fog still dies.
- A third visit if pets live in the house and you want a second hatch cycle covered.
Prep: vacuum, wash pet bedding hot, treat the pets the same week, people and pets out during the fog. Yard and kennel are extra if needed.

Fleas and ticks in Middle Tennessee
Warm, humid summers make Spring Hill, Columbia, and Santa Fe good places for fleas and ticks. Ticks wait in tall grass, brush, and leaf litter along wooded edges. Fleas ride in on pets and wildlife and build up in yards, kennels, and carpets.
Ticks
Ticks are most active from spring into fall. Keep grass mowed, clear brush and leaf piles near the house, and check kids and pets after time outdoors. Premium Shield's lawn treatment targets the yard areas where your family and pets spend time.
Fleas
If you see fleas on pets, there are usually many more eggs and larvae in the carpet, furniture, and pet bedding. Fleas inside the house need their own treatment and two visits, because eggs hatch after the first one. Treat your pets with a product from your vet the same week. Otherwise the pets bring them right back.
Yard vs house
- Yard: included on Premium Shield ($125/month), up to 1 acre, up to 3 times a year.
- Inside the house: a separate job on any plan, quoted after we look.
- Kennels and outbuildings: added to the quote if needed.
Prep for an indoor flea treatment
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and furniture. Empty the vacuum outside.
- Wash pet bedding in hot water.
- Pick up toys and items off the floor.
- Plan for people and pets to be out during treatment and until it dries.
