Columbia yards pick up mosquitoes off standing water and the river bottoms. In2Care is on Advance ($75) and Premium ($125). If you are on Basic, mosquitoes are an upgrade conversation, not a hidden extra.

Plan coverage: In2Care included on Advance and Premium. Not on Basic.

Mosquitoes in Columbia

Columbia sits on the Duck River, and a lot of the town has big shade trees, creeks, and low spots that stay wet after a storm. Older lots have more shade and more places for water to sit, like old planters, clogged gutters, and crawl vents with puddles under them. Mosquitoes rest in that shade during the day and come out when you sit on the porch.

Our approach

Death Row uses In2Care traps on Advance and Premium Shield. Female mosquitoes visit the trap to lay eggs. They pick up a treatment that stops larvae from growing up and spread it to other breeding spots nearby. The traps are checked and serviced on your regular Shield visit.

  • We look for standing water and shady resting spots around the house.
  • We place traps where mosquitoes actually rest, not just where they are easy to reach.
  • We tell you what to dump, clean, or fix so the traps can do their job.

Which Shield includes it

Advance Shield, $75/month: In2Care trap, whole-home insects, rodents, and a termite inspection. Quarterly service. Premium Shield, $125/month: everything in Advance, every other month in spring and summer, plus lawn flea and tick treatment and attic and entry sealing. Basic Shield ($50) does not include mosquito traps. A one-time event treatment can be quoted separately.

Rural Maury County

Farm ponds, stock tanks, and creeks in Santa Fe, Culleoka, and Hampshire make mosquitoes worse than in town. The same plans run on the Columbia route, so rural homes get the same service and the same number.

Columbia mosquito questions

We back up to a creek off the Duck River. Is it worth it?
Yes, with honest expectations. The creek stays. The trap cuts the breeding in the water spots near your house, and dumping gutters, saucers, and tarps does the rest.

Can you treat for one cookout?
A one-time event treatment is quoted separately from Shield. Text the date and the address.

Basic is cheaper. Does it include the trap?
No. Basic Shield at $50 is insects inside and out. The In2Care trap starts at Advance, $75 a month.
