What we seal — and what we do not claim

In scope: gaps at eaves, vents, pipe penetrations, garage corners, and attic entries where foam and wire belong.

Not something we do: wildlife beyond mice and rats, snake work, raccoon doors, and standalone crawl-space rebuilds. Mice in a crawl space are handled as rodent work.

Which Shield covers exclusion

Basic $50. No rodent coverage. Sealing is not a Basic include. Quote it if you need it.

Advance $75. Rodents included. 20% off sealing attic/entry (spray foam and wire only). 15% off other service or repairs.

Premium $125. Rodents included. Attic/entry sealing included (spray foam and wire).

Voles are interior-only in the terms. Foam on a garden runway is not this product.

Attic and entry sealing

Exclusion means closing the gaps pests use to get in. Traps and bait handle the mice inside. Sealing keeps the next ones out. We use spray foam and wire to close openings around the house.

Where pests get in

Gaps where AC lines, plumbing, and cables go through the wall.
Garage door corners and worn door seals.
Soffit and roof returns, where the roof meets the wall.
Torn crawl vent screens and loose crawl doors.
Gaps around dryer vents and attic vents.

A mouse can get through a gap the size of a dime. Wasps, spiders, and stink bugs use even smaller ones.

How it works

Inspection. We walk the outside, check the attic and crawl space, and mark every entry point we find.
Quote. You get a price before we start. Bigger repairs, like a crawl space or a barn, are quoted after we measure.
Seal. We close the gaps with spray foam and wire so rodents cannot chew through.
Clean up the inside. If mice are already in, we set traps and bait stations at the same time.

Advance Shield ($75/month): 20% off sealing.
Basic Shield ($50/month): 5% off other services.
Not on a plan? We quote sealing as a one-time job.

New homes too

Spring Hill and Columbia have a lot of new construction. Builders do not always seal around pipes and lines, and new homes get mice in the first winter more often than people expect. Older homes have the opposite problem: settled framing, worn vents, and gaps that have grown for years.

Sealing questions

Why not just set traps?
Traps catch the mice already inside. If the gaps stay open, new mice walk right back in. Sealing and trapping work best together.

Do you seal wildlife holes?
We seal the small gaps rodents and insects use. Larger animal damage is quoted after we look.

How long does it take?
Most homes are done in one visit. We tell you the plan and the price before we start.
