One-Time Interior and Exterior Pest Treatment

Not every house wants a membership. Death Row Pest Control sells a one-time pest treatment: interior + exterior + full inspection, 30-day guarantee, free estimate. One-time visits are quoted after a free estimate.

This is the “come knock it down” visit. It is not Shield. It is not bed bug coverage. It is not a termite treatment. If you want the quarterly (or Premium-season) route, use /pricing/.

What is in a one-time visit

Full inspection, then interior and exterior insect treatment for the pests that belong on a general service — house ants, roaches, spiders, and the rest of the standard list we can legally treat that day. We tell you what we found that is not in a one-time spray (rodents if you are not buying that work, bed bugs, termites, yellowjackets/hornets).

The 30-day guarantee is on that visit, matching the live offer. Shield members have different arrival windows and service-call rules (Basic/Advance 48 hours, Premium 24 hours).

When Shield is the better fit

You want rodents on a plan → Advance $75 or Premium $125. Basic $50 excludes rodents.
You want In2Care mosquitoes → Advance or Premium.
You want termite inspection without the $189 Basic fee → Advance or Premium.
You want lawn fleas/ticks → Premium only (up to 1 acre, up to 3×/year).

One-time pest treatment

Not ready for a plan? A one-time treatment is a single visit to handle the problem you have now. It is a good fit if you are moving in or out, getting ready to sell, hosting an event, or just need a pest gone without a monthly plan.

What a one-time visit includes

An inspection to find out what the pest is and where it is coming from.
Exterior treatment of the foundation, doors, windows, and eaves.
Interior treatment where you are seeing activity.
A 30-day guarantee on the treatment.

Common one-time jobs

Ants in the kitchen after a rain.
Roaches in a rental before new tenants move in.
Spiders and crickets in a garage or basement.
A move-in treatment before the furniture arrives.
A yard treatment before a party or wedding (mosquito event treatments are quoted).

What is quoted separately

Some pests need more than one visit. Bed bugs need at least two visits because the eggs hatch after the first. Indoor fleas need two visits for the same reason. Termite treatment, rodent knockdowns, and sealing are quoted after we look. We tell you the price before we start.

One-time vs a Shield plan

If the same pest keeps coming back every season, a plan usually costs less over a year. Basic Shield is $50 a month for quarterly insect service. Advance is $75 and adds rodents, mosquitoes, and a termite inspection. Premium is $125 and adds more summer visits, lawn fleas and ticks, and sealing. See Shield plans.

How soon can you come?
Call or text with your address and the pest, and we give you the first open time on the route.

What does the 30-day guarantee mean?
If the treated pests come back within 30 days, call us and we come back to treat again.

Can I switch to a plan later?
Yes. You can start with a one-time visit and move to a Shield plan later. Just call or text.

Do I need to leave the house?
For most treatments, no. Stay off treated areas until they dry. Flea and bed bug jobs have prep steps, and we go over them before the visit.
