Bed bugs are an add-on. Eggs hatch after visit one, so we do not sell a single spray and a wish. Minimum is two visits. Three visits is the only plan we write a retreatment guarantee on.

• Inspection of beds, furniture, baseboards, and typical harborages.
• Visit 1 — knockdown residual and dust.
• Visit 2 — 10–14 days later for the hatch-out. Required.
• Visit 3 — optional. Required if you want the full retreatment guarantee.

Prep is on you: heat-dry bedding, pull furniture off the walls, cut the clutter. We do not replace mattresses. Extra rooms change the scope after we look.
