Work Hard, Spray Harder
Rodent Control in Spring Hill, TN

Plan coverage: Basic excludes rodents. Advance and Premium include rodent work. Exclusion: 20% off Advance, included Premium.
What a customer said
Erik and Blake took great care of us! We had mice in our crawl space and garage. They were out quickly and found out exactly how they were coming in the house. They sealed our exterior and set up traps to prevent more from coming. All for a great price and great customer service. Highly recommend
Mice in Spring Hill garages and attics
When nights get cold in October, mice move from the fields and new construction sites into garages and attics. In newer Spring Hill homes, the usual way in is the garage door corners, gaps around AC lines and plumbing, and the soffit returns on the roof. A mouse needs a gap about the size of a dime.
How we handle it
- Inspect. We find droppings, rub marks, and the entry points, inside and out.
- Knock them down. Tamper-resistant bait stations go outside on travel paths. Snap traps go inside where kids and pets cannot reach them.
- Close the door. Gaps get sealed with spray foam and wire. If the holes stay open, new mice keep walking in.
- Follow up. We check traps and stations on your Shield visits. Between visits, service calls are free on Advance and Premium.
Which plan covers mice
Rodents are not on Basic Shield. They are included on Advance Shield ($75/month) and Premium Shield ($125/month). Advance gets 20% off attic and entry sealing. Premium includes sealing and runs every other month in spring and summer. If you already have heavy activity, we quote a one-time knockdown first.
Signs to look for
- Droppings in the garage, pantry, or under the sink.
- Scratching in the ceiling or walls at night.
- Chewed bags of birdseed, grass seed, or pet food in the garage.
- Insulation pulled loose in the attic.
Store pet food and seed in sealed bins and keep garage doors closed at night. That helps a lot. Read more on rodent control, or see home pest control in Spring Hill. Call or text 931-500-6969.
Spring Hill mouse questions
The house is two years old. How are mice getting in?
Through gaps nobody sealed: the garage door corners, where the AC line set enters, and the soffit returns. Age of the house has little to do with it.
Do I have to be home?
For the first visit, it helps so we can get into the garage and attic. After that, tell us what access works for you.
