Death Row Pest Control treats houses, apartments, and rentals from three staff locations: Spring Hill, Columbia, and Santa Fe. Franklin is in the service area. We do not pretend there is a Franklin lobby.
This is general home pest work — interior and exterior insect treatment on a schedule — not a wildlife company and not a crawl-space remodeler. If you have mice, say so. Basic Shield excludes rodents.
What a residential visit actually is
We inspect, treat interior and exterior, and tell you what we found. No theme-park “mission statement.” The truck says Work Hard, Spray Harder because that is the job.
Standard Shield insect coverage includes house ants, cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, millipedes, centipedes, crickets, earwigs, paper wasps, overwintering insects, and a long list of the usual indoor/outdoor crawlers. Plan limits still apply: bed bugs are an add-on, mosquitoes need In2Care on Advance or Premium, and rodents are Advance/Premium only.

The house route
Residential work is the Shield calendar plus quoted add-ons when the house already has a problem Shield does not swallow.
- Basic $50/month — insects every 3 months. Termite inspection is extra. Rodents not included.
- Advance $75/month — whole home, In2Care mosquito trap, rodents, termite inspection included.
- Premium $125/month — tighter summer schedule, plus lawn fleas/ticks up to 1 acre up to 3×/year.
Bed bugs, interior fleas, termite treatment, and crawl encapsulation are separate tickets. Towns: Spring Hill, Columbia, Santa Fe, Franklin, Thompson’s Station, and the rest of the locations list.

Year-round home pest control
Pests in Middle Tennessee change with the seasons. Spring brings ants and termite swarms. Summer brings mosquitoes, wasps, and fleas. Fall pushes spiders, stink bugs, lady beetles, and mice toward the house. Winter is when mice in the attic and garage get loud. A Shield plan keeps us on your calendar before each wave shows up.
What every visit includes
- An outside treatment of the foundation, doors, windows, and eaves.
- Inside treatment where you are seeing activity.
- A check for moisture, gaps, and other things that draw pests.
- Cobwebs and reachable wasp nests (once a year on request on Basic, included on Advance and Premium).
Arrival times
When you call for service, Basic and Advance members get a visit within 48 hours. Premium members get a visit within 24 hours. Service calls between visits are $49 on Basic and free on Advance and Premium.
Which homes we serve
New construction in Spring Hill and Thompson's Station, older crawl space homes in Columbia, farmhouses in Santa Fe and Culleoka, and homes in Franklin and Mount Pleasant. Rentals and apartments fit Basic Shield.

Common questions
Do I need to be home?
Not for outside service. For inside service, someone needs to let us in, or we can set up access ahead of time.
Is the treatment safe for pets and kids?
Keep pets and kids off treated areas until they are dry. We tell you what was treated and where.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. If mice or mosquitoes show up, you can move from Basic to Advance or Premium. Call or text and we change it.
Do you treat rentals?
Yes. Basic Shield was built for apartments and rentals.
