Roaches, mice, and ants are the usual commercial story in this part of Tennessee. Bed bugs in a lodging property are a separate add-on, not a Shield line item.

Which Shield covers commercial accounts

Shield plans ($50 / $75 / $125) are written for homes, apartments, and rentals. Commercial frequency, product mix, and after-hours access get a quote. A restaurant needs a written commercial program, not Basic Shield.

What still applies:

Rodents are not on Basic. If the account has mice or rats, that has to be in the scope.
Bed bugs are not in standard Shield.
In2Care mosquito traps are Advance/Premium residential extras; outdoor commercial mosquito work is quoted.
Termite inspection is $189 for homes; commercial inspections are quoted.
Autopay, 6-month or 1-year options, and a free month on a year paid up front are on the pricing page.
