Santa Fe is rural Maury County: bigger lots, barns, woodpiles, ponds, and houses a long way from a strip-center parking lot. Field mice use outbuildings. Termites use damp wood. Mosquitoes use every low spot after a storm.

Death Row Pest Control is based here. The licensed home office is 3779 Raleigh Elam Rd, Santa Fe, TN 38482. That is also the charter address for license 5908. The Repp family runs the company. Call or text 931-500-6969 — that is how most rural customers book.

If you want a truck that already knows Raleigh Elam, the Hampshire side of the county, and the gravel roads in between, you are on this route. We treat homes first, plus commercial and farm-adjacent buildings when the job is pest control.

Hampshire and other nearby communities are service areas only. There is no second office in Hampshire.

You can find the Santa Fe home office on Google Maps.

Rural pests around Santa Fe

Country houses collect different pressure than a subdivision. More perimeter. More wood-to-ground contact. More stored grain, pet food, and hay. Summer is still ants, wasps, and mosquitoes. Fall and winter are when mice move in from the fields.

Rodents. This is the Santa Fe call. Mice follow foundation gaps, crawl-space vents, and well-house seams. Rats use barns and feed rooms. Advance and Premium Shield include rodent work. Basic Shield does not — it is an insect program for apartments and rentals. Premium includes sealing attic and entry spots (spray foam and wire only), which is how you stop treating the same mouse all year.

Termites. Older rural homes, porches, and outbuildings give subterranean termites soil contact. We inspect on Advance and Premium; Basic customers can get a termite inspection for $189.

Ants. Trails from wood piles, mulch, and kitchen slabs show up when nights stay warm. We treat inside and outside on all Shield plans.

Mosquitoes. Ponds, creek edges, troughs, and tire ruts make midsummer brutal. Advance and Premium include an In2Care mosquito trap with whole-home service. Dump standing water; a trap next to a permanent puddle is an unfair fight.

Wasps, fleas, and ticks. Paper wasps hang from barn overhangs and porch ceilings. We clear cobwebs and wasp nests on Advance and Premium (once a year on request with Basic). Premium Shield’s lawn flea and tick work (up to 1 acre, up to 3×/year) is a better fit here than in a Spring Hill townhome — the plan that matches dogs, kids, and tall grass. Bed bugs are a separate treatment, not a Shield covered pest.

Santa Fe is not a satellite of a city shop. It is where the company lives. Arrival windows: 48 hours for Basic and Advance Shield, 24 hours for Premium Shield.

Residential, termites, rodents, mosquitoes, bed bugs, ants, commercial.

Nearby: Hampshire (service area only)

Hampshire and the surrounding rural roads are service area, not a second home office. Same number, same plans. In town more often than on a tractor? You may be closer to Columbia or Spring Hill — still one company.

Pest control in Santa Fe, TN

Santa Fe is home base for Death Row Pest Control. Our home office and license address are here. Santa Fe and western Maury County are rural: farmhouses, barns, shops, and long gravel drives. Pests out here are different from those in a subdivision, and we treat them that way.

Rural pest problems

  • Mice and rats in barns, feed rooms, shops, and the house when fields are cut and the weather turns.
  • Termites in old sills, porches, fence posts, and outbuildings.
  • Wasps and yellowjackets in barn eaves, sheds, and the ground near the garden.
  • Mosquitoes around farm ponds, stock tanks, and creeks.
  • Spiders, including brown recluse in storage areas, and fleas and ticks where pets and livestock roam.

How we work rural properties

Tell us what you want covered: the house, the barn, the shop, or all of it. We can put them on the same visit or split them up. Rodent work on farms uses tamper-resistant bait stations placed away from pets and livestock, plus traps inside. Sealing a barn or shop is quoted after we measure.

Plans

Basic Shield ($50/month) covers insects inside and out every three months. Advance Shield ($75/month) adds rodents, In2Care mosquito traps, and a termite inspection. Premium Shield ($125/month) visits every other month in spring and summer and adds lawn flea and tick treatment up to 1 acre, up to 3 times a year, and attic and entry sealing.

Santa Fe runs with the Columbia route. See Columbia, rodent control in Santa Fe, and termite control in Santa Fe. Call or text 931-500-6969.
