Death Row Pest Control is a Middle Tennessee family pest company — the Repp family. We treat homes and businesses from three staff locations: Spring Hill, Columbia, and a Santa Fe home office. Franklin is part of the service area. There is no Franklin storefront.

All three Shield plans offer 6-month or 1-year options, with a free month if you pay the year up front. Autopay is required.

Quarterly (or Premium-season) interior and exterior work for houses, apartments, and rentals in Spring Hill, Columbia, and Santa Fe.
Businesses and properties — offices, shops, and commercial buildings — dispatched from the same three offices.
Inspections and treatment. Inspection is $189 on Basic, included on Advance and Premium. Treatment is quoted after we look.
Mice and rats. Basic Shield excludes rodents. Advance and Premium include them. Exclusion (spray foam and wire) is a related service.
In2Care mosquito traps on Advance and Premium. Not a Basic Shield item.
Advertised add-on. Not in standard Shield coverage. Quoted after inspection.
House ants are in standard coverage. Carpenter, crazy, and fire ants have plan limits — fire ants are on Premium.
Roaches are in the coverage list. If they are present at the first inspection, a curative upcharge can apply.
General spiders are in standard coverage. Brown recluse and black widow are Premium.
Paper wasp nests and cobwebs are in plan coverage (frequency varies). Yellowjackets and hornets are not in standard coverage — those jobs are quoted separately.
Interior fleas are limited. Premium covers lawn fleas/ticks up to 1 acre, up to 3 times a year.
Attic and entry sealing with spray foam and wire. 20% off on Advance; included on Premium.

We do not have wildlife, raccoon, snake, or crawl-space product pages. Mice in a crawl space belong on rodent control, not a separate crawl-space service.
